So i have little nubbins for eyelashes so i'm always trying to find mascara the makes them look thicker or longer. I'm not a big makeup wearer at all but I used the MaxFactor Lash Perfection and I have to say ladies that I love it. It got a lot of lashes that usually cant be seen!! Its the new mascara out that has the new kind of mascara wand. Its the new one that wont clump because its not like a regular brush but like plasticy things. Cover Girl has one like it too called LashExact. I just had to tell everyone how much I loved it! I was like "whoa where did those lashes come from!"

Thanks for the info, I, too, have very few lashes. I will definitely check it out.

Does it give you raccoon eyes?

I have tried every mascara out there and I ALWAYS end up with raccoon eyes.  So a few years ago I used the Revlon lash tint stuff.  It's the ONLY thing that won't give me black eyes.  The down side is it just sort of thickens your eyelashes - it doesn't build up much volume or length.  But it sure beats worrying about whether or not I look like a freak throughout the day.

This may seem kind of random, but I've always had short, thin lashes, and
I recently discovered that taking a Folic Acid supplement (along with my
daily vitamin) made my lashes grow like crazy! My hair is also healthier. I
got married in October, and started taking the Folic Acid afterward (my
doctor recommended taking it for several months before trying to get
pregnant), and I wish I had done it sooner. It took about a month or so
before I noticed the difference, but it was pretty striking--my nails are
stronger & healthier, too.

Thanks for the rec jbride

For those ladies with short eyelashes - Bare Escentuals' Magic Wand works really well.  I just find that it takes several days to come off.  It's actually a plastic ribbed wand versus your normal brush.

I'm going to rave about Avon mascara though.  It is my Fav and I just bought their new Daring Definition Mousse Mascara and it is by far the best mascara I've ever owned and the cheapest too!

I've been using the MAC "prep & prime" before I put on my mascara, and it really makes my lashes stand out a lot more!
